[ ] All lights and lamps on. house should be well lit even in the basement
[ ] Easy access to all ceiling fan light remotes
[ ] Hide all cords
[ ] All ceiling fans off
[ ] All TVs and Monitors turned off
[ ] Try not to stage with blue colors
[ ] Hide all private items. Like prescription drugs, photos and mail.
[ ] Remove Bathroom Scale
[ ] Blinds tilted up for light on the ceiling if no view
[ ] Toilet lids down
[ ] No kitchen rags or paper towels
[ ] No tissue boxes
[ ] All sinks clear and no clutter Decorative colored handsoaps are ok
[ ] Storage rooms, closets, and/or garage to hide items
[ ] No pet anything
[ ] Keep all pets out of the house during photos. storage rooms or garage is ok.
[ ] Less is more, keep it simple
[ ] If not sure put it away
[ ] Keep laundry room clean and clear and no clothes in front loader with glass views
[ ] Cameras can see through windows
[ ] If using our 3D Matterport camera service, make sure items are not moving from one place to another
[ ] It is recommended to hide all religious items
